How many students were enrolled in Hardin County schools in the 2020-2021 school year?

Test 12

Hardin County enrolled 10,489 students in the 2020-2021 school year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

This is 744 fewer than the year before.

Hardin County was ranked 69th in enrollment among Texas counties.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
