Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Academy of Hair Design-Beaumont

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Academy of Hair Design-Beaumont, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $13,500 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 45 students received grants or scholarships totaling $266,175 and 45 students took out student loans totaling more than $291,780.

Including all undergraduates (57), 56 students used grants or scholarships totaling $325,640, and 45 students took out $290,880 in federal student loans.
