Randy Weber, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 14th district, recently shared his views on several policy matters via social media. His posts addressed topics ranging from government spending to trade practices affecting local industries.

On March 10, 2025, Randy Weber highlighted the features of the Continuing Resolution in a tweet. He stated that it "Freezes spending Continues cutting waste, fraud, and abuse Keeps the lights on for the federal government Secures the border".

In a subsequent tweet on March 11, 2025, Weber commented briefly on negotiations with an allusion to a famous book by stating "And the Art of the Deal continues."

Later that day, Weber addressed concerns about international trade impacting domestic shrimpers. He expressed his disapproval of foreign market practices in another tweet: "Foreign countries flood our markets with cheap, subsidized shrimp, hurting our Gulf Coast shrimpers... It’s unacceptable for U.S. tax dollars to back foreign competitors. Glad to join in on the fight to defend our shrimpers and ensure they get a fair shot!"
