Randy Weber, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 14th district since 2013, recently shared his views on social media regarding abortion and immigration policies. The tweets highlight his stance on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and birthright citizenship.

On January 23, 2025, Weber expressed his support for the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. He stated, "Any child who survives the horrific procedure associated with abortion absolutely deserves full access to medical treatment and care. Period." He further added that he is proud of the act's passage in the House.

The following day, January 24, Weber announced his upcoming appearance on "National Report" via Newsmax to discuss birthright citizenship. He tweeted at 13:57 UTC: "I’m coming up on 'National Report' at the top of the hour. @NEWSMAX I will be discussing why the United States should END birthright citizenship."

Later that day, at 16:05 UTC, Weber continued to voice his opinion on immigration by questioning the reward system for illegal immigrants. He posted: "When somebody breaks into our country illegally, they have already violated the law. Why should they be rewarded by making their babies American citizens?"
