The 89th Texas Legislative Session is set to commence on January 14, 2025. The swearing-in ceremony for the Texas House of Representatives will take place at noon on the House floor. The event is open to the public, and those unable to attend are encouraged to visit the Capitol office during the session.

State Representative Todd Hunter expressed his gratitude for serving House District 32 and emphasized his commitment to representing the Coastal Bend. "Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving the people of House District 32 again," said Hunter.

Hunter highlighted his involvement in organizing summits and conferences over the past year and a half. These gatherings addressed significant issues such as the power grid, human trafficking, property taxes, windstorm insurance rates, and artificial intelligence. He noted that insights from these meetings would be valuable during the legislative session.

For those interested in following legislative activities, Hunter recommended accessing resources available through the Texas House of Representatives website. The site offers live streaming from the House floor and committee hearings.

Hunter also invited constituents to share their ideas and suggestions with his office. "As always, I want to hear your ideas and suggestions," he stated.

Constituents can contact Hunter's offices for questions or assistance regarding state agencies or constituent services. His Capitol Office can be reached at 512-463-0672, while his District Office is available at 361-949-4603.

Rep. Hunter represents Aransas County and part of Nueces County. He can be contacted via email at todd.hunter@house.texas.gov or by phone at 512-463-0672.
