Hardin County home valuation prices rose in August compared to the same period in 2023

In August, the median sale price of a home in Hardin County rose by $20,245 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 14 homes sold in August, with a median sale price of $94,440 - a 27.3% increase over the $74,195 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hardin County in August 2023.
