Home prices in Hardin County during July 2024 increased compared to the same period in 2023

In July, the median sale price of a home in Hardin County rose by $34,250 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 16 homes sold in July, with a median sale price of $166,680 - a 25.9% increase over the $132,430 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hardin County in July 2023.
