Hardin County experienced drop in median home valuation prices in April 2024 compared to April 2023

In April, the median sale price of a home in Hardin County fell by $50,265 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 17 homes sold in April, with a median sale price of $89,020 - a 36.1% decrease from the $139,285 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hardin County in April 2023.
