The MBDA Pandemic Recovery Center, a collaborative initiative operated by Houston Community College and funded by the U.S Department of Commerce through the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), is offering a six-part workshop series as part of its Men in Business Series in February. This no-cost initiative is designed to foster the growth, leadership, financial literacy, educational training, and business development of minority male entrepreneurs and business owners.

A key component of the series is a Lender Matchmaking event that will take place on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 8:30 a.m. This funding opportunity is offered in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is a key resource to assist small- and minority-owned businesses with access to capital.

The series will kick-off on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 5:30 p.m. where free professional headshots will be offered to attendees. You can learn more and register by visiting https://hcc.idloom.events/MIB.
