1. Due Dates Have Changed - In accordance with state law, we’ve extended our billing due dates and you may notice you now have a few extra days to pay. If you are setup on autopay your auto draft date may has shifted, we apologize for any confusion.

2. Senior Discounts – Did you know the City of Beaumont offers senior utility discounts? One form qualifies you for discounts off your first 1,000 gallons of water and sewer and 10% off city garbage services, a saving of up to $12.39 a month if you subscribe to all three services. Signup today at BeaumontTexas.gov/seniors or by visiting the Water Customer Service Department at City Hall. Applicants must be 65 years of age or older and must reside in a single-dwelling household, one exemption allowed per household.

3. New Online Bill Payments – Our new bill payment service Paya is now live. You can create an account on Beaumont.firstbilling.com.  This will fully go into effect March 15.
