City of Port Arthur issued the following announcement.
The Port Arthur Health Department would like to introduce the new WIC on Wheels program, aka the W.O.W. mobile.
Starting February 2020, the City of Port Arthur WIC program will begin setting up a mobile WIC bus in locations throughout the city. An appointment is not necessary to be seen at the W.O.W. mobile. All services that are provided within the main site located at 449 Austin Avenue will also be available to those visiting the W.O.W. mobile.
It is the goal of the City of Port Arthur WIC program to support our local families by making services more accessible. For more information about the W.O.W. mobile including scheduled events, please call the Port Arthur WIC office at (409) 983-8875.
