Hardin County home prices rose in May 2024 compared to May 2023

In May, the median sale price of a home in Hardin County rose by $71,560 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 14 homes sold in May, with a median sale price of $166,780 - a 75.2% increase over the $95,220 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hardin County in May 2023.
