Home valuation prices increased in Hardin County in January 2024, compared to January 2023

In January, the median sale price of a home in Hardin County rose by $4,655 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 16 homes sold in January, with a median sale price of $96,250 - a 5.1% increase over the $91,595 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hardin County in January 2023.
