Median home valuation prices in Hardin County rose to $146,965 in February 2024 compared to February 2023

Data shows that there were 12 homes sold in February, with a median sale price of $146,965 - a 22.3% increase over the $120,160 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hardin County in February 2023.
