On Friday, February 23, former South Grand Prairie High School standout Rose Gonzales’ current college team, the Lamar Lady Cardinals, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division I game against the North Dakota Fighting Hawks.

The game took place in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This was their first matchup against the North Dakota Fighting Hawks this season.

The Lady Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, February 25 at 1 p.m. in Beaumont, Texas against Niagara Purple Eagles.
