Randy Weber, U.S. Representative for Texas’s 14th congressional district, shared updates on his recent activities and engagements in a series of posts on July 29 and July 30, 2025.
On July 29, Weber commented on an unspecified post with a brief affirmation: “Amen!”.
Later that day, he detailed a visit to a major energy facility: “This afternoon, I had the opportunity to tour the Marathon Refinery in Texas City, one of the largest refineries in the country. Right here on the Gulf Coast, they are processing an incredible 631,000 barrels of crude oil per day, fueling America, strengthening our energy” (July 29).
The following morning, Weber attended a local business event: “Stopped by the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Coffee at the Park event this morning. It was a great opportunity to connect with local small business owners and discuss the new tax credits designed to support and strengthen small businesses.” (July 30).
Weber has represented Texas’s 14th district since first winning election in 2012. He has maintained strong electoral support over multiple cycles; most recently in 2024 he defeated Rhonda Hart with nearly 69% of the vote. Previous victories include wins against Mikal Williams in 2022 and Adrienne Bell in both 2020 and 2018. His consistent electoral margins have established him as a longstanding figure within his district.
