Randy Weber, U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 14th district since 2013, recently posted a series of tweets addressing federal spending cuts, tax policy debates, and current political topics.

On July 17, 2025, Weber stated: “A great day to cut $9 BILLION in wasteful, woke, and wicked spending from the federal government.”

The following day, on July 18, 2025, he commented on partisan discourse regarding tax policy: “If I had a dollar for every time a Democrat cried ‘tax breaks for billionaires,’ I’d be one of the billionaires they’re talking about. Meanwhile, Republicans are fighting for real Americans — not pushing tired, recycled talking points.”

Later that morning on July 18, Weber announced an upcoming media appearance: “Joining @RealAmVoice to talk about the $9 BILLION rescissions, the Epstein list, and how bad amnesty is for the United States. https://t.co/GjoSiYZtlJ”

Weber has served in Congress since succeeding Ron Paul in Texas’s 14th district and previously held office in the Texas House of Representatives from 2009 to 2013. He was born in Pearland in 1953 and currently resides in Friendswood. Weber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
