Randy Weber, a long-serving member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 14th district, has recently expressed his views on several key issues through social media posts. Weber, who succeeded Ron Paul in 2013 and previously served in the Texas House of Representatives from 2009 to 2013, shared his thoughts on legislative efforts, international security concerns, and domestic policy achievements.
On June 16, 2025, Randy Weber urged for the advancement of a significant legislative proposal. He stated: “The time is now. Let’s get the One Big Beautiful Bill across the finish line and onto President Trump’s desk—where it belongs.” This call to action reflects his support for moving forward with legislation he deems important.
In a post dated June 17, 2025, Weber addressed concerns about nuclear proliferation in Iran. He firmly stated: “Iran must never get a nuclear weapon. Not now. Not ever. Period.” This tweet underscores his stance on preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear capabilities.
Later that day, Weber commended efforts by the Trump Administration regarding immigration enforcement. He tweeted: “Law and order is back. Great work by the Trump Administration and our brave Border Patrol agents. Not one single illegal immigrant released into the U.S. last month.” He added that these actions are aimed at prioritizing American citizens: “Finally, putting the American people first.”
Weber was born in Pearland, Texas in 1953 and currently resides in Friendswood at age 69. A graduate of the University of Houston–Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree obtained in 1977, he continues to serve as an influential voice within Congress.
