Dade Phelan, Speaker of the Texas House and Republican representative for the 21st district since 2015, recently shared a series of posts on his social media account addressing grassroots political efforts and party dynamics.

On October 30, 2025, Phelan posted, “Looking forward to it. #txlege https://t.co/XBcWmryThz”.

The following day, he praised Project Red TX for its outreach work in a post dated October 31, 2025: “Real grass roots work from @ProjectRedTX. Out in the field growing the party – not holed up in a downtown Austin conference room tearing it apart. #txlege https://t.co/osbYwD88TF”.

Later that same day, Phelan expressed disapproval with a brief message: ” https://t.co/YLpyaqttvy”.

Phelan has served as a member of the Texas State House since his election in 2015 to represent District 21, succeeding Allan Ritter. As Speaker, he has been involved in shaping legislative priorities and responding to developments within the state’s Republican Party.
