Brian Babin, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 36th district since 2015, has been vocal on various national issues through his social media platform. Born in Port Arthur, Texas in 1948 and currently residing in Woodville, Babin graduated from Lamar University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

On June 8, 2025, Babin expressed support for House Republicans’ actions to reclaim rights he believes were taxed by bureaucrats. He stated “Bureaucrats taxed our rights. House Republicans just took them back. This is how you restore America.”

In another post dated June 9, 2025, Babin addressed the situation in California regarding law enforcement and public order. He suggested federal intervention as necessary if state officials fail to act, declaring “If California officials won’t restore law and order, the federal government must. Time to send in the troops, restore peace, and clean house. Arrest. Prosecute. Deport. Enough chaos.”

On June 10, 2025, Babin commended RFK Jr.’s decision related to the CDC vaccine panel’s restructuring efforts aimed at restoring public trust amidst concerns about pharmaceutical influence over vaccines: “Hats off to RFK Jr. for dismantling the CDC vaccine panel. No more pharma puppetry or experimental vaccines; trust must be rebuilt!”
